Basic Philosophy

Our basic philosophy is to provide the best quality and cost-effective engineering product to our clients in a timely fashion. The team concept is paramount, enabled by good communication.

The Role of Technology

While technology is not a substitute for experience or perseverance, we have always adopted the leading edge software and tools to better communicate, be compatible and productive with the client.  We are experienced with and committed to the Autocad Revit MEP platform and the benefits that Building Information Modeling (BIM) brings to the project team.

Devine Engineering was founded in 1986.  Prior to that the principal, Robert Devine, was employed by two MEP consulting engineering companies in Champaign, Illinois for a total of 6 years.
